RK2U Refund Policy

Out of Stock Issues:

We will promptly notify you if a supplier encounters any out-of-stock issues with your order.
In such cases, we will provide options for a replacement or a refund.

Refund Process:
  1. Cash Refund:
      •   Cash refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.
      • Once the refund is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the refund.
      • To process the cash refund, we require the following information:
        1. Name
        2. Bank Account Number
        3. Bank Name
        4. IC Number/Passport Number (mandatory info)
  2. Credit Refund:
    • Credit refunds will be transferred to your RK2U account.
    • You may use the credited amount on your next purchase, and there is no expiry date for the credited amount.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are initiated upon confirmation of out-of-stock issues or valid refund requests.
  • The refund process time may vary, and the specified working days are an estimate.
  • RK2U reserves the right to choose between replacement or refund in the case of out-of-stock issues.
  • Refunds are processed either in cash or credit.
