- Orders below the specified MOQ will be subject to delivery charges.
- Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges for areas greater than Klang Valley and bulk deliveries are outlined on the website.
- The charges are based on the delivery location and order quantity.
- Delivery Lead Time:
- Standard delivery lead time is within 1-2 working days for orders within the delivery coverage.
- Bulky orders may take approximately 1-2 working days for delivery.
- Customers will be informed of any specific arrangements or delays related to bulky orders.
- Door-to-Door Charges:
- Door-to-door charges are separate from standard delivery charges and are specified on the delivery notification.
- These charges are applicable for the convenience of delivering the order directly to the customer’s specified location.
