We will promptly notify you if a supplier encounters any out-of-stock issues with your order.
In such cases, we will provide options for a replacement or a refund.

- Cash refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.
- Once the refund is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the refund.
- To process the cash refund, we require the following information:
- Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Name
- IC Number/Passport Number (mandatory info)

- Credit refunds will be transferred to your RK2U account.
- You may use the credited amount on your next purchase, and there is no expiry date for the credited amount.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are initiated upon confirmation of out-of-stock issues or valid refund requests.
- The refund process time may vary, and the specified working days are an estimate.
- RK2U reserves the right to choose between replacement or refund in the case of out-of-stock issues.
- Refunds are processed either in cash or credit.
